Improved Process
This year’s registration process has been designed to make the experience easier, cleaner, and more efficient for Maryland jurisdiction members and visiting representatives. Members may register based on the number of houses they belong to, including one, two, or three or more. The system allows registrants to identify each house, body type, body name, body number, title or position, and the session days they plan to attend.
Visitors and Family
Representatives of the visiting jurisdiction may also register through the session form. The portal allows visitors to identify their home jurisdiction, the grand or national body they represent, and the official body they represent. The session they officially represent is complimentary through system-controlled registration logic, while any additional sessions selected will be billed accordingly.
Growth and Attendance
The Maryland York Rite PHA encourages all heads of houses, officers, committee members, and current members to share both links with their members, prospective applicants, and appropriate visiting representatives.

New Members Application Form
This form is intended for prospective members who are interested in joining the York Rite Jurisdiction of Maryland. It is a public-facing, self-service application that allows new candidates to submit their information directly through the system.
Session Registration
This form is for the 3rd Annual York Rite Family Weekend, which will be held November 12–14, 2026. It supports registration for members of the Maryland jurisdiction, members of multiple houses, and visiting jurisdiction representatives.
